Northeast Media Group was founded by the veteran broadcast team of Producer/Director Gene “Cap” Allen and Producer/Host Parker Kelley. Together with their skilled team of writers, producers, videographers, photographers, graphic designers, and more, they can tackle projects in a range of genres in any size, scope, or budget. Dave Dauer
Dave worked at Offshore, Chesapeake Bay and Northeast Boating Magazines, BoatingLocal, Lighthouse Media Solutions, New England Boating, New England Fishing, Blueview Productions, and Blueview Media Solutions. His special skills are graphic design, as well as fine art painting and drawing. Hobbies include swimming, walking, running and body pump. He enjoys boating and fishing in Plymouth, on the South Coast and traveling. Dave lives in Plymouth, MA with his wife Deborah. He has two grown children Ben and Rebecca, and grandchildren, Eli and Aiden.

Brian Norcross
Brian has worked for BoatingLocal, New England Boating, New England Fishing, Blueview Productions, and Blueview Media Solutions. His special talents are making the impossible…possible! Hobbies include boating, fishing, and sitting quietly in a tree stand watching the wildlife walk by. Brian enjoys boating on the Aroostook & St. John Rivers, and fishing in every great, little, tucked away spot he can find. He lives in the North Woods of Maine and has been married for 30 years, has two kids, and one smart as hell grandkid, and the usual dog and cats.

Eric Brust-Akdemir
A seasoned graphic designer with nearly three decades of experience, he has created compelling work for magazines, newspapers, websites, logos, email marketing campaigns and brand identities since 1997. He is the former publisher of Cape Cod & the Islands Magazine and lives in Sandwich with his husband and their lively household of cats, chickens and a parrot. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking and exploring Cape Cod’s beaches.

Tom Richardson
Massachusetts native Tom Richardson acquired a passion for the outdoors at an early age through family camping, hiking, and fishing adventures. As an outdoor writer, editor, photographer, and videographer, he has worked at and contributed to various publications, including Salt Water Sportsman, Offshore, Field & Stream, Sport Fishing, and Gray’s Sporting Journal. In 2009, he helped launch the regional boating-lifestyle brand, BoatingLocal.com, followed by the New England Boating and New England Fishing brands. He also served as co-host of the New England Boating TV show, and as the host and writer of the New England Fishing TV show.

Kendra Sousa
Kendra started at Offshore Magazine and has been involved with Chesapeake Bay and Northeast Boating Magazines, Allen Roche Marine, Lighthouse Media Solutions, New England Boating and New England Fishing as well as Explore New England and Visit New England. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, snowboarding, watching her kids’ sports games/meets and walking her dog. She lives in Weymouth, MA with her husband, two teenagers and her crazy, fun-loving golden retriever, Cassie.

“Outdoor Tom” Schlichter has been a features writer, columnist, book author, photographer and seminar speaker for over 45 years, with credits in a wide array of national and regional venues. Among other endeavors, he has served as managing editor of The Fisherman Magazine, associate editor at On The Water Magazine, and a features writer for Offshore Magazine, Saltwater Sportsman, Boating Magazine, BoatingLocal.com, plus many others. He is also a current features writer and past outdoors columnist for Newsday, one of the ten largest newspapers in the U.S.A.
